Requesting a change

Email support@blueeluxe.com as soon as possible if you need to request a change to personalization, size, quantity, or shipping information. Include your order number and the requested correction.

Cancellation requests

Personalized products are prepared for a specific customer. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. A request is not confirmed until our support team accepts it in writing.

Shipped orders

Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. Address redirection depends on the carrier and is not guaranteed.
